How it works

From your takeoff to your gate

One PO, one landed number, one accountable party from quote to offload.

  1. Send the takeoff

Plans, the spec section or a marked-up site plan. Footage, height, style, gate schedule and the ship-to.

  2. Get a landed price

One landed per-foot number from our proprietary quoting engine, turned around the same day.

  3. Approve shop drawings

CAD shop drawings and a submittal package for the GC and the engineer of record. Nothing is cut until they're approved.

  4. Build and inspect

Fabricated in ISO 9001 partner factories by welders qualified to AWS D1.1. Third-party inspection before release, with mill test reports and a certificate of conformance in every shipment.

  5. Delivered to the jobsite

Crated, strapped and labeled by run. Flatbed to the jobsite with forklift offload, or staged at a warehouse partner and released by phase.

The network

A manufacturing network, not a middleman

P6 is the system that runs the order. The certified factory that fits the job builds it, independent inspectors check it, forwarders and brokers move it, warehouse partners hold it, and one landed price covers all of it.

Partner factories

ISO 9001 certified fabricators globally, qualified on commercial fence and railing, with welders certified to AWS D1.1. We pick the best factory for each job on product, quantity and schedule. Nothing is sourced from China.

Quoting engine

Proprietary pricing system that turns your drawings into a landed per-foot number in minutes, without waiting on a factory quote.

Inspection and certs

Third-party inspection before release. Mill test reports with heat numbers and country of origin, coating test data and a certificate of conformance ship with every order, so the steel is traceable from the mill to your jobsite.

Freight and customs

Ocean and cross-border freight, customs brokerage and duties handled inside the landed price. Delivered duty paid to your gate.

Warehouse partners

Third-party warehouses in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, Little Rock, New Orleans, Albuquerque, Denver, Phoenix, Kansas City and Miami for staging and phased release.

Referral partners

People outside the fence trade with relationships at GCs, developers and owners, who refer projects into the network and are paid on every order they bring. Join them.

One landed price

The price is the price

Every quote is one per-foot number delivered to your jobsite, typically 20% or more below distributor pricing on the same spec. No freight line later, no tariff surprise, no hardware to chase.

  • Steel and fabrication
  • Powder-coat finish
  • Posts, caps and hardware
  • Crating and labeling
  • Ocean or cross-border freight
  • Duties and tariffs
  • Trucking to the jobsite

Seven cost lines. One per-foot number. Proportions vary by job.

Who we are

An operator's answer to the distributor problem

P6 Global Solutions started in Dallas in 2023 with one observation. A contractor gets a quote from one distributor, takes the same takeoff to another, and gets a completely different price for the same material. No idea where it was made. No idea whether it meets the spec. No way to see what is behind the number. They put all their trust in the distributor and get nothing back for it.

P6 is the fix. Factory-direct pricing, typically 20% or more below a distributor, with the certs, inspection and shop drawings to back it up. You are working with the factory, not a storefront. That is how we beat the competition.

Founder Jerad Masse spent thirteen years in supply chain and plant operations, at General Motors, Kellogg and PE-backed manufacturers, before building P6 the way he built operations: as a system. A proprietary quoting engine prices every job. Certified partner factories, independent inspectors, forwarders, brokers and warehouse partners run the order. Referral partners bring the work. No step depends on one person being in the room.

Since 2023 the network has delivered more than 28,000 linear feet of fence and railing to jobsites across Texas and the Southwest with zero warranty claims.

What we hold to

Honesty about cost
Every quote is one landed number with nothing hidden in it: steel, finish, hardware, crating, freight, duties and trucking. You see what you're paying for.
Integrity in the build
ISO 9001 factories, AWS-qualified welders, third-party inspection and steel you can trace back to the mill, with shop drawings you approve before anything is cut.
Trust earned on the jobsite
Deliveries that arrive crated, labeled and complete, and one accountable party from PO to offload.

Where we stage

Warehouse partners in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, Little Rock, New Orleans, Albuquerque, Denver, Phoenix, Kansas City and Miami for storage and phased delivery.

Referral partners

Bring the job. Get paid on it.

You don't need to work in fencing. If you know the people who build, own or manage commercial and multifamily property, refer the project into the network and earn a referral fee on every invoiced order it produces.

  • Referral fee on invoiced material, paid after the customer pays
  • No selling and no spec work: you make the introduction, we quote and run the order
  • Partner kit in your inbox the day you sign up: program terms, a one-page overview you can forward, and a sample quote
  • Tracked in the same system that prices and ships the job, so every referral is credited

We'll send the partner kit by email. No obligation, no exclusivity, no fencing experience needed.

Questions

What contractors ask first

How fast is a quote?

Same day. Send the takeoff and you have a landed per-foot price before the end of the day.

How long is lead time?

Two to twelve weeks from order, depending on the size, timing and complexity of the project. We confirm a delivery date before you commit.

Where is the steel made?

At ISO 9001 partner factories outside China. Every shipment carries mill test reports with heat numbers and country of origin, so you can trace the material from the mill to your jobsite.

Is there a minimum order?

Factory-direct pricing works best on jobs of about 1,200 linear feet and up, which is roughly a container. Below that, send the footage and we'll tell you straight whether a staged partial from a warehouse partner makes sense.

Do you install?

No. We supply the material. Your crew or your fence subcontractor installs it.

Do you sell to homeowners?

No. P6 supplies commercial, multifamily and institutional projects through contractors. For a residential fence, a local fence contractor is the right call.

What does one landed price include?

Material, powder-coat finish, posts and hardware, crating, ocean or cross-border freight, duties and tariffs, customs brokerage, and trucking to your jobsite. One per-foot number, so there's no freight or tariff line later.

What standards and finishes can you build to?

Carbon steel, pre-galvanized or stainless, powder coated in standard or custom colors. Send the spec section and we build and document to the standards it calls out, with mill test reports in the submittal package.

Can panels follow a slope?

Yes. Panels can be built rackable to follow grade, or stepped where the spec calls for it. Give us the grade change and we design to it.

Do you meet pool and guard codes?

Flat-top picket with code-compliant spacing is our standard for pool and pond barriers, and guard rails are built to the height and opening limits in the spec. Send the code reference and we build to it.

Request a quote

Send the takeoff. Get a landed price.

Commercial, multifamily and institutional projects, 1,200 LF and up. Send what you have; more detail means a tighter number. No pricing games. The number you get is the number you pay.

  • Plans, spec section or site plan
  • Linear footage, height and style
  • Gate schedule: count, type and clear opening
  • Jobsite city and ZIP
